SHIPPING:

Shipping and handling for orders sent to US addresses is a base charge of $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional clothing or jewelry item in the order, $1.00 for each additional hair pin in the order. For addresses outside of the US, the base charge is $12.00.
We ship within 72 hours of receiving your order and full payment; The order will be sent via USPS First Class mail. Back ordered items may be delayed. You will be notified if an item is on back order.
Exceptions:
- - Shipping charge for all carriers is $12.00 to US addresses, $23.00 to Canada, and $35.00 to overseas countries.
Additional carriers within the same order are charged $12 for shipping in the US and $20 to all other countries.
- - Shipping charge for ceramic dog bowls and treat jars is $12.00 in the US, $20 to Cananda, and $35 to overseas countries.
- - Shipping charge for beds is $18.00 in the US, $25 to Canada, and $35 to overseas countries. Additional beds within the same order are charge $12 in the US and $22 outside of the US.
- - Shipping and handling is charged on all exchanges so please measure your dog carefully!
SECURITY:
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact us at sales@doggiegoshopping.com for return/exchange. Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.
EXCHANGES
Products may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging. Merchandise that is soiled or that has dog hair on it will not be accepted. All exchanges must be pre-authorized and standard shipping charges will apply on all replacement merchandise.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Doggiegoshopping accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, PAYPAL. MONEY ORDERS and CASHIER’S CHECKS are accepted from US banks only. Money wire transfers are also accepted. Please contact us directly for banking information. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
